Mrs. Awoibi Joe-Ukairo is a Board Director and seasoned Water Resources Management Specialist with over two decades of expertise in hydrogeology and environmental geosciences. She currently serves as the Acting Director of Planning, Research, and Statistics at the Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency (NIHSA) and also coordinates the regional NB-ITTAS project involving 11 countries.

A fellow of both the Nigerian Association of Hydrogeologists and the Nigeria Mining & Geosciences Society, she is widely respected for her leadership in national and international water resource initiatives.

Mrs. Joe-Ukairo is a committed Christian, passionate mentor, and gender advocate. Married for over two decades. She is deeply family-oriented, with a strong commitment to building a thriving home and marriage. She brings in invaluable value to the board. She is happily married to Barr. Joe Ukairo.
